Surrey Police Service is appealing for witnesses to a collision in the area of 88th Avenue and Nordel Way, which has resulted in the serious injury to a pedestrian.

On March 5 at 11:24 pm, a vehicle struck two pedestrians at the intersection of 88th Avenue and Nordel Way in Surrey. One of the pedestrians, an adult male, was transported to local area hospital in critical condition with life threatening injuries (see original release here: Police Investigate Pedestrian Hit and Run | Surrey Police).

After further investigation, it is believed that members of the public witnessed the incident and assisted the victims after the collision. These witnesses left the scene prior to police arrival. Investigators are appealing to these witnesses or anyone else with information to come forward.
