Surrey Police Service (SPS) and RCMP Surrey Provincial Operations Support Unit (SPOSU) are requesting the public’s assistance to help locate a missing man.

Jeffrey Barclay was last seen on July 23, 2025, in the 6200 block of 180 Street. 

Jeffrey Barclay is described as a 42-year-old white male, 5’8” tall, 180 lbs with black and grey hair, blue eyes, wearing a black Pittsburgh Steelers baseball hat, grey shirt and carrying a grey Puma backpack (please see attached photo). Police and family are concerned for his health and wellbeing.

Anyone who sees Jeffrey Barclay or who has more information is asked to contact 9-1-1 or Surrey Police Service at 604-599-0502 and quote file 2025-43549 (SU).
