Missing Person to Locate – Osburn Campbell

Surrey Police Service (SPS) is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing person.
Osburn Campbell was last seen at 10:30 am on June 13, 2026, in the 7100 block of King George Boulevard in Surrey and he was reported missing to SPS at 8:30 pm on June 15, 2026. He has not been seen or heard from since.
Osburn Campbell is described as an 85-year-old White male, 5'5" tall, 155 lbs and bald with green eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue, short-sleeve plaid shirt, and light blue jeans with a black belt (see attached photos).
It is not typical for Osburn Campbell to be out of contact with family and friends. Police and family are concerned for his health and well-being.
He is known to frequent the area around the Newton Recreation Centre.
