Missing Person for Location – David Hourigan

Surrey Police Service (SPS) and the RCMP Surrey Provincial Operations Support Unit (SPOSU) are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 85-year-old man.
David Hourigan, who also goes by “Bob,” was last seen at about 10:15 am on March 9, 2026, in the area of 18400 block of 66A Ave in Surrey’s Cloverdale neighbourhood. He has not been seen or heard from since.
David “Bob” Hourigan is 85 years old, described as White, 5’8”, 150 lbs, with a short white beard, grey hair, and Hazel-coloured eyes (please see attached photo). He is likely wearing clothing similar to the attached photo: a Fedora-style hat and khaki-coloured jacket. He is probably with his brown/grey Chihuahua named “Cindy.”
Hourigan is new to the area and is not familiar with the Lower Mainland. He may appear confused or disoriented. Police and family are concerned and are requesting assistance from the public, media and social media to help locate him.
Anyone with information concerning the whereabouts of David “Bob” Hourigan is requested to contact SPS at 604-599-0502 and quote file 26-9323 (SU). If a member of the public locates David “Bob” Hourigan, police encourage them to stay with him until police arrive.
