Surrey Police Service (SPS) and RCMP Surrey Provincial Operations Support Unit (SPOSU) are asking for the public’s help to identify a man who was found deceased. The death has been determined to not be suspicious, and police are releasing pictures of their distinctive tattoos with the hope that someone who recognizes them will come forward and contact police.
