The RCMP Surrey Police Operations Support Unit’s (SPOSU) Surrey Major Crimes MVI Unit is investigating a collision between a motorcycle and a vehicle at 132 Street and Crescent Road this morning where one person has died. 

Shortly before 8:45 am on July 5, 2025, SPOSU officers received reports from BCEHS of a collision between a motorcycle and single vehicle at 132 Street and Crescent Road, Surrey. Surrey Fire Service firefighters and BCEHS paramedics attended the scene and despite life-saving medical interventions, the motorcyclist, an adult male, died. 

SPOSU’s Surrey Major Crimes MVI Unit has been called in to lead the investigation and at this early stage, the cause of the collision remains unknown. 

Motorists and pedestrians are asked to avoid the area of 132 Street and Crescent Road and find alternate routes while the investigation takes place. The area is likely to be closed down for several hours as officers conduct their investigation.
